Jungle first, then the river

We spend three days wading the crystal-clear Río Dorado in the Yungas jungle, then two days floating the Río Juramento.

On the Dorado, accurate casts, careful presentations and reading the water shape a technical fishing experience on foot. On the Juramento we fish from a drifting boat, covering water and casting along the river's banks and structure.

Our fully equipped 4×4 truck is the mobile base camp for the whole expedition. Evenings bring shared meals, stories from the water and time to recharge for the next day.

Who it suits

This is the most technical of our destinations. Accurate casts, careful presentations and reading the water are what the Dorado asks of you. Physical demands are moderate.
